• Avoid solvents, multipurpose cleaners, heat guns, or shrink wrapping

• Clean stains promptly: blot with paper, then gently wipe with a damp cloth

• Use only recommended leather care products; test in hidden areas first

• Polish with a soft cloth after cleaning

• For residential furniture: clean and re-protect every 6 months

• For contract furniture: follow a regular maintenance program
