Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Redesign Store, every order is carefully processed to your specifications. Because most of our products are custom cut, made-to-order, or personalized, we have to maintain a firm policy to protect both our customers and our business. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.


1. Cut Materials (Fabric, Leather, Vinyl, Outdoor/Indoor Fabrics)

  • All cut yardage is final sale. Once a material has been cut, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect or shipping error.

  • To help you choose confidently, we strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before placing larger yardage orders.


2. Custom Products (Furniture, Cushions, Pillows, Shades)

  • All custom orders are final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has begun.

  • Defective or incorrect items (wrong size, wrong fabric, workmanship issues) must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photos for review. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


3. Clearance Items

  • All clearance and discounted items are sold as-is and final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.


4. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@redesignuph.com within 5 business days. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • Items that have been cut, installed, altered, or used are not eligible for return or refund.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the material has not yet been cut or production has not started.

  • After 12 hours, all orders are considered final.


6. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved (defect or error cases only), we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Cut yardage (fabric, leather, vinyl, etc.)

  • Custom furniture, cushions, pillows, or shades

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards
