Shipping policy

At Redesign Store, we specialize in both ready-to-ship materials and fully customized items. Because many of our products are cut-to-order or custom-built, our policies are designed to protect your order while ensuring fairness and transparency.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • In-Stock Items (fabrics, leathers, vinyls, etc.): Ship within 24–72 hours of order. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days once shipped.

  • General Orders: Most non-custom items ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom Orders (Shades & Furniture):

    • Custom roller shades, zebra shades, triple shades, indoor/outdoor shades, and custom furniture require additional production time.

    • Lead times vary depending on the scope and number of items ordered. Typical production + delivery window is 3–6 weeks, but this may vary.

    • You will be notified of an estimated ship date when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

  • Redesign Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. If you have concerns, please ship to a secure address (workplace, trusted neighbor, or package-holding service).

  • For lost or stolen packages, please contact your carrier or local post office directly.

Pickup Orders

  • Customer pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, by appointment only.

  • Same-day or next-day pickup may be available depending on stock.

  • Please schedule in advance to ensure your order is ready upon arrival.
