Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Redesign Store, every order is carefully processed to your specifications. Because most of our products are custom cut, made-to-order, or personalized, we have to maintain a firm policy to protect both our customers and our business. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.
All custom orders are final sale. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has begun.
Defective or incorrect items (wrong size, wrong fabric, workmanship issues) must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photos for review. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
3. Clearance Items
All clearance and discounted items are sold as-is and final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@redesignuph.com within 5 business days. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Items that have been cut, installed, altered, or used are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the material has not yet been cut or production has not started.
After 12 hours, all orders are considered final.
6. Refund Process
If your return is approved (defect or error cases only), we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Cut yardage (fabric, leather, vinyl, etc.)
Custom furniture, cushions, pillows, or shades
Clearance or discounted items
Gift cards
